TA Hydronic College is pleased to annouce the open house and the grand opening of the new TA Hydronic Training Center in Roswell, Georgia! The open house and the customized trainings are open to all Engineers, Balancers, Mechanical and General Contractors, Installers, Students and Building Owners.

The open house will take place October 29th and 30th from 9 am to 7 pm both days. Snacks and beverages will be provided throughout the day.

The center embodies TA's committment to the North American market, and provides an optimized, active learning environment. The TA Hydronic Training Center houses a 30 ft wide by 7 ft high "hydronic wall" that includes seven active system modules, each utilizing a different balancing technology or combination thereof. Guests will receive a one hour personal tour of the training center through some practical hands-on hydronic experience.

Production Systems:

-Simulate up to 3 chillers with 3 separate pump systems

-See constant and variable flow systems, and system optimization with DP controllers and variable speed pumps

-Hydronic conditioning including micro-bubble, sludge separators, expansion tanks, degassing and water makeup

Distribution Systems:

-7 modules simulating Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, zone controls etc.

-Demonstrate differential pressure control technology, the effects of valve sizing and control valve authority, interactivity and system interface compatibility

-Modify and measure the effects of pressure variations in variable flow systems

 BMS Systems:

-Operate and control pumps, flow rates and control valve positions to simulate real building performance

Balancing and Measuring Instrument:

-Experience TA Scope, a tough, effective balancing instrument for measuing and logging differential pressure, flow, temparature and power in hydronic systems, experience TA Wireless Balancing Method and TA Diagnostic Method.

Staffed by experienced TA engineers, the Center can seat up to 40 students at a time. Many classes will qualify for PDH credits.
